PLEASE NOTE: Entries for all classes may be limited, and will be accepted on a first come first served basis. Classes 2 & 4 are classes for horses and riders who have qualified through the Winter Series at Brackenhurst. There will be prize money awarded for these classes. These classes will have prize giving in the Main Arena receipt of prizes is dependent on attendance at prize giving.

Please Note:

Horse boxes and cars enter Belton via separate entrances. (See location page) Horseboxes do not require passes. Cars will not be permitted into the Horsebox Park. All cars must enter by the car entrance and are chargeable (discounts available online).


This competition will be run in accordance with British Eventing rules.

All competitors must wear hats to current PAS 015, EN1384 or ASTM F1163 with either a Kite Mark or SEI at all times when mounted. Correct dress is required for all classes.

Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads at all times.

Persons participating in the competition or attending the Event do so at their own risk.


The organiser, any agent, employee or representative of Belton Horse Trials do not hold themselves responsible for any loss, damage or injury (including death) to competitors, onlookers, spectators, their property, horse or vehicle in connection with any event. Condition of entry into Belton International Horse Trials is that entrants and spectators shall agree to indemnify the Organiser, agents, employees or representatives against any action arising from thereafter.

The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, limit, divide or amalgamate any class. The Organisers of the event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For all health and safety measures to be effective everyone must obey the instructions of the Organiser, officials and stewards.
