OWNERS AND RIDERS ENTRY TICKETS
Thank you for entering your horse at Belton International Horse Trials - we look forward to seeing you for three days of good sport! Please be aware of our ticketing policy, which is listed in accordance with the policy adopted by British Eventing and is detailed in full here.
Due to challenges experienced in previous years with some e-tickets going missing or being sent to old email addresses, this year all Owners must download their e-ticket from our website using their membership number and postcode. For full instructions on how to do this, click here.
If your horse is on the waitlist, you will not be able to claim an owner pass. Once your horse is accepted from the waitlist, you will be emailed an owner pass to your registered email address. Mailing dates for these passes are 1st April, 11th April and then each day running up to the event.
Riders will not receive an e-ticket as a matter of course, as they will not be needed if travelling in horse transport. Riders arriving by car will need to apply for an e-pass by 1st April. Cars will not be permitted into the lorry park for reasons of space, but may use the Owners - Car Park, which is adjacent. We are unable to provide additional tickets for connections and trainers free of charge, but can provide a code giving significant discounts for any additional tickets required.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for payments at the gate or late applications for passes, so please ensure you have checked your requirements and emailed any requests to tickets@bedeltd.co.uk by the appropriate deadline.

Over the years we have worked hard to ensure that your time at Belton is as enjoyable as possible, we are always looking at ways to enhance your experience and would welcome any feedback that you have. We pride ourselves in the fact that we were one of the first organisers to publicly recognise owners by providing an owner - s facility which has now been running at Belton for 10 years.

Dedicated Owners’ Marquee
BEDE Events pride ourselves in our recognition of the important part owners play in the sport. As such, we have provided an Owner - s Tent with views over both the show jumping and dressage arenas. We shall be offering tea, coffee and light lunches for your convenience. Please do feel free to come and use this facility over the weekend, it is there exclusively for your use.
Location:
Please follow event signage and use the Lion Gate for entry. Postcode is NG31 9SQ. We are sorry you will not be able to park in the lorry park due to space restrictions, however you will be parked adjacent for ease of access.
